I'm getting an error message about my CNIC. What should I do?
Make sure you're entering your CNIC correctly without any spaces or dashes. For example, enter it as 12345-6789012-3. If the error persists, your CNIC may already be registered. Contact BBISE to verify.
Can I change my registered subjects after submission?
Subject changes are typically allowed within a specific time window after registration. Log in to your account to check if changes are permitted. If the deadline has passed, contact BBISE to request a change. Some changes may incur an additional fee.
My payment was successful, but I didn't receive a confirmation. What now?
Check your spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still don't see it after 24 hours, log in to the portal to verify your payment status. If the payment shows as processed but you haven't received your roll number, contact BBISE immediately.
I'm a private candidate. How do I register?
Private candidates can register directly through the BBISE online portal without institutional affiliation. You'll need to meet the eligibility requirements and follow the same registration process. Check the portal for any additional documentation requirements for private candidates.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Original, Duplicate, and Triplicate certificates?
All three are official BBISE certificates with equal validity. The Original is your first issued certificate. Duplicate and Triplicate are replacement copies with identical legal standing. Use whichever copy you need for different institutions or purposes—universities typically accept any of these copies.
How do I know if my certificate or document needs verification?
Universities, employers, and government agencies often request verification of your BBISE certificate or DMC (Detailed Marks Certificate) as part of their admission or hiring process. If an institution asks you to provide "verified documents" or "attestation," contact that institution first to clarify what verification they require, then submit your request to BBISE.
Can I get a certificate if I've lost my roll number slip?
Yes. If you have your CNIC and know your exam year and class (SSC/HSSC), BBISE can locate your record and issue a certificate. For online applications, use the "Search by Name/CNIC" option. For in-person requests, bring your CNIC and any other identifying document to your nearest branch.
How long will it take to receive my certificate by mail?
Standard processing is 5-7 working days, plus postal delivery time (typically 3-5 days within Balochistan, 7-10 days for other provinces). For faster delivery, choose in-person pickup at your nearest BBISE branch or opt for our fast-track service.
What is a Provisional Certificate and when would I need one?
A Provisional Certificate is a temporary certificate issued within 2-3 working days. It's valid for immediate use at universities, colleges, or employers while you wait for your original certificate. It's especially useful if you're applying for higher education with tight deadlines. The fee is Rs. 400/- and it can be converted to your original certificate later.
Can I request multiple certificates at once?
Yes, absolutely. You can request multiple copies of your certificate in a single application. The fee applies per certificate type. For example, if you need one original and two duplicates, you'd pay the fee for each. Bulk requests may qualify for batch processing discounts—contact BBISE for details.
What if I need my certificate urgently for a university deadline?
BBISE offers fast-track and provisional certificate services for urgent requests. A Provisional Certificate can be obtained in 2-3 working days (Rs. 400/-) and is accepted by most universities. For fastest results, visit your nearest BBISE branch in person and inquire about same-day or next-day urgent options.
How do I verify that a certificate I receive is genuine?
All BBISE certificates include security features such as the official BBISE seal, watermark, and unique reference number. If you're unsure about authenticity, contact BBISE directly at +92-81-1234567 or info@bbise.edu.pk. BBISE can verify the authenticity of any certificate issued in your name.
